Responsibilities: Reports to: Track Superintendent<br />Primary Purpose: Performs general grounds maintenance duties.<br />Responsibilities:<br /><ul><li>Mow and trim public areas including picking up trash.</li><li>Cleans horse stalls and shovels manure.</li><li>Operates backhoe, skip loader and small tractor in maintenance of public areas.</li><li>Cleans and sweeps restrooms in the stable area. </li><li>Installs and dismantles rails on turf track and replaces divots on turf track as needed.</li><li>Locates irrigation leaks.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements: Primary Purpose: Performs general grounds maintenance duties.<br />Education/Certification: High school diploma preferred. TxRC License required. <br /><br />Work Experience: 1 year general maintenance.<br /><br />Skills: Ability to operate mowers and trimmers.<br />
