Records accurate inventories of goods and supplies and balances inventory usage, compare to receipts. May perform duties of Counter Worker.</p> </div> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supervise assigned Counter Workers to efficiently operate a concession area.</li> <li>Track all inventory activity and balance usage value to receipts.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum 18 years of age.</li> <li>High school diploma preferred.</li> <li>TABC certified.</li> <li>1-2 years of prior food service experience preferred.</li> </ul>
