Responsibilities: Reports to: Concessions Manager or Restaurant Manager<br />Primary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down of<br />assigned bar.<br />Responsibilities:<br /><ul><li>Takes, prepares, and distributes beverage orders to Wait Staff.</li><li>Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts.</li><li>Set-up and close-down assigned work station.</li><li>Orders additional inventory from commissary.</li><li>Cleans and maintains work area in appropriate manner.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> <br />
Requirements: Education/Certification: Minimum 18 years of age, High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. TABC certified required. <br />Work Experience: 1-year prior experience in food and beverage position preferred.<br /> <br />
