Responsibilities: Reports to: Guest Relations Supervisor<br />Primary Purpose: Collect money, passes, coupons or tickets for admission to the Park.<br />Responsibilities:<br /><ul><li>Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.</li><li>Account for turnstile attendance, receipts, passes, coupons or tickets.</li><li>Accurately account for cash.</li><li>Neatly and accurately complete admission clerk till sheets.</li><li>Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Park promotions and events.</li><li>Assist with Club and other Park promotions.</li><li>Assist other department personnel as assigned.</li><li>Keep work area clean, neat and maintained.</li><li>Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.</li></ul>
Requirements: Education/Certification:<br /><ul><li>High school diploma preferred or attending high school.</li></ul>Work Experience:<br /><ul><li>1-2 years prior experience handling money.</li><li>Customer service experience — retail skills and phone skills. Cash accountability.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Cash handling and accurate math skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm in difficuft circumstances.</li></ul>
