Overview: Under the direction of the Executive Administrative Assistant, this position is responsible for administrative clerical support and reception duties.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Handles all tech call-ins for absences and notifies responsible supervisor; schedules all substitute staff when approved by the supervisor for JSC, CE and ABA programs.</li> <li>Maintains and distributes a current list of all substitute staff.</li> <li>Handles all bus scheduling for the skill building programs.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining the daily attendance schedules for the Journey Skill Center</li> <li>Responsible for mailing annual W-2s for client payroll to the guardian, home provider or representative payee as directed.</li> <li>Responsible for making sure that activity accounts for individuals balance monthly.</li> <li>Responsible for typing and distributing the minutes of the Journey Skill Center, SanCo and Community Based staffing meetings.</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring the alarm system of the Journey Skill Center.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining the Agency Precautions List for individuals who attend the Journey Skill Center, Community Based and Creative Enterprise programs.</li> <li>Attends Clerical Staffing meetings as requested.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining an emergency call list for the individuals who attend Journey Skill Center and Creative Enterprise and conducts calls when necessary.</li> <li>Responsible for managing, balancing and submitting to the Finance Department the hot lunch and petty cash funds of JSC, as well as preparation of monthly income/expense reports for People 1<sup>st&nbsp;</sup>of Sanilac County.</li> <li>Responsible for managing the JSC lunch program by mailing the necessary correspondence; requesting funds from payees, homes and/or guardians for hot lunches as well as requesting reimbursement for those individuals that may leave the program or no longer wish to take hot lunch.</li> <li>Responsible for collecting and recording funds for JSC Snack Bar, popcorn sales, bottle returns and any fundraising activities for People 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp;of Sanilac County.</li> <li>Monitors vehicle keys for that location.</li> <li>Assists in obtaining signatures from staff on IPOS Acknowledgements.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
