Overview: Provides normal janitorial cleaning to all assigned areas within assigned buildings. Work hours to be determined by site.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Sweeps, mops, scrubs, dusts and vacuums hallways, classrooms, bathrooms and office space daily or as assigned. Follows checklist created by supervisor for site assigned.</li> <li>Empties trash and garbage containers in all classrooms, bathrooms and offices daily. Removes trash to dumpster areas.</li> <li>Cleans all conference rooms and training areas including tables and sinks daily, and filling soap, towel, cup dispensers, and spot cleaning windows, walls and doors as needed.</li> <li>Cleans bathrooms including sinks, mirrors, and toilets daily; fills toilet paper dispensers and hand towel dispensers, and door knobs daily.</li> <li>Cleans and straightens waiting room and main entrance daily.</li> <li>Secures facility at end of shift by pulling all doors from outside of building.</li> <li>Notifies supervisor concerning need for repairs and any safety or health related concerns.</li> <li>Maintains an adequate supply of cleaning materials through reporting inventory needs to Maintenance Supervisor.</li> <li>Ensures that cleaning equipment is maintained and reports problems to supervisor.</li> <li>Ensures that entry ways &ndash; inside and out are free from debris and clean.</li> <li>During winter months, remove snow from sidewalks and parking lots at all facility sites and salt walkway and through parking lots. (flexible hours when needed for this duty).</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
