Overview: Assist the HR department with tracking and file upkeep.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Inputs/upkeeps data entry into the HRIS System, i .e. new staff entry, terminations, staff transfers, address changes, wage increases.</li> <li>Responsible for informing departments of staffing changes and tracking in employee file.</li> <li>Responsible for coordination and set up of the new hire luncheon&rsquo;s quarterly.</li> <li>Responsible for coordinating birthday luncheons monthly.</li> <li>Responsible for scanning files and recruiting records.</li> <li>Responsible for the recruiting process, screens applicants, schedules interviews, creating recruiting files, upkeep/distributes interview materials, completing references/backgrounds, declinations and sending on-boarding links/creates new hire schedule.</li> <li>Tracks/upkeeps positions on the manning table.</li> <li>Responsible for the onboarding/hiring/filing/termination process for all Sanco/CE staff.</li> <li>Responsible for pay cards, including assignment, activation and documentation follow up.&nbsp; Responsible for all scanning of staff.</li> <li>Distributes, collects, and tracks leave of absence forms. Responsible for follow up on overdue items, including forms and fitness for duty. Updates all appropriate parties on leave statuses once approved and once closed. Tracks FMLA hours each pay period. Informs CIO and HRM on system access needs.</li> <li>Sends out cards on behalf of CMH, i.e. Birthdays, get-wells, sympathy etc.</li> <li>Upkeep/distribute the CMH State HR e-mail distribution list throughout the year when updates are requested.</li> <li>Performs annual background checks, central registry checks and upkeeps the DMV system for all contract and regular employees.</li> <li>Responsible for researching and keeping the HR Department current on job boards for advertising position.</li> <li>Responsible for the National Health Service Corps site, including renewal and verifications.</li> <li>Responsible for tracking/finding/enrollment into local job fairs. Once approved, attends job fairs to promote CMH.</li> <li>Monitors Performance Evaluations and inputs into system.</li> <li>Responsible for completing annual stats for HR Department.</li> <li>Responsible for ordering Service Year Awards for staff quarterly and following up on orders. Coordinates annual new hire and service year awards.</li> <li>Tracks and submits all Work Compensation claims. Responsible for tracking follow up on treatment notes. Updates all appropriate parties on W/C status, once approved. Balances Worker&rsquo;s Compensation file.</li> <li>Completes reports for HR Department as requested.</li> <li>Responsible for upkeep of the I9 binder.</li> <li>Customer Service for the HR Department.</li> <li>Backup to the HR Assistant.</li> <li>Other duties and special projects may be assigned.</li> </ul>

A combination of three years of experience is preferred in the following areas: HRIS systems tracking, HRIS programming, Human Resources related tasks (i.e.: experience in ADA, FMLA, Benefits Administration, ACA, W/C etc.).
