Overview: Monitors, coordinates, completes, and assists with tasks for the Data Management Department. Enters and tracks data related to CCBHC and data management by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for all data entry into SPARS database.</li> <li>Monitors data for completeness and accuracy. Works with staff to correct errors found.</li> <li>Enrolls all appropriate staff and the Agency in all viable insurance panels.</li> <li>Monitors insurance panel enrollments and re-certifies as required.</li> <li>Responsible to contact the county large employers annually to ensure we are participating with their insurance carrier.</li> <li>Assist with completion of GAP Analysis/community needs assessment.</li> <li>Attends and participates in CCBHC teams as requested.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Has the ability to coordinate data, CSM schedules, staff meetings, and training material to effectively meet audit/POC requirements.</li> <li>Relates effectively with supervisors, professional staff, and peers as well as other organizations.</li> <li>Has working knowledge of computer software such as Excel, pivot tables, Word and EMRs.</li> <li>Has demonstrated experience and competency in maintaining and organizing large amounts of data and evidence.</li> <li>Has demonstrated experience and competency in organizing, monitoring, and completing multiple projects with multiple due dates and meeting each deadline.</li> <li>Has the ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into appropriate computer systems from forms, minutes or other written material.</li> </ul>

Four years of verifiable experience in data, public speaking, and/or quality required. Excellent organizational, verbal and communication skills. Candidate must have excellent computer skills including a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows. The ability to exercise discretion, customer service and independent judgement is required.&nbsp; Critical thinking, Excel, keypad, and Pivot Table testing will be conducted.</p> <p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</strong></p> <p>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.&nbsp; Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.&nbsp; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions one on one, from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</p> <p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</strong></p> <p>Intermediate Skills:&nbsp; Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.&nbsp; Has the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>REASONING ABILITY:</strong></p> <p>Intermediate Skills:&nbsp; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.&nbsp; Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</p> <p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</strong></p> <p>Valid Michigan Driver&rsquo;s License.</p> <p><strong>COMPUTER SKILLS:</strong></p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables,</p> <p>and EMRs. Typing speed of 45 wpm preferred.</p> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p> <p>To perform this job successfully, the person must be comfortable with public speaking, cooperate with others and maintain quality relationships, be a self-starter on projects but work with direction from various staff and have the ability to represent the Agency professionally at community events.</p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
