Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Accountable and responsible to the CIO in administrative matters for both the Maintenance and IT Departments; i.e. budget, purchase requisitions, inventory, personnel, discipline, etc.</li> <li>Organizes workflow and assigns tasks in the IT and Maintenance Departments including but not limited to system and server upgrades, installation and maintenance of patches, installation and maintenance of new personal computer systems and thin clients, upgrading of existing personal computer systems, administration and maintenance of antivirus software, and installation and configurations of the computer networks and associated assemblies.</li> <li>Responsible for working with vendors, sending out requests, gathering quotes and evaluating bids, and recommending purchases of equipment and services.</li> <li>Responsible for Biometric Security Systems, agency cell phones, keyless building entry systems, and phone systems.</li> <li>Responsible for proactively monitoring and ensuring timely updating, and administering of the agency&rsquo;s communication equipment including but not limited to firewalls, routers, switches, bridges, communication linkages.</li> <li>Responsible to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support the core agency&rsquo;s functions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for researching, analyzing and recommending technological solutions that will create efficiencies in the agency.</li> <li>Develops and monitors an Agency multi-year facilities/infrastructure plan.</li> <li>Assists in the retention and safeguarding of agency records by such means as scanning and database management.</li> <li>Responsible for overseeing the agency&rsquo;s Exchange e-mail server and related systems, the agency video conferencing and tele-psych equipment, the internal and external SSL certificates, and the internal and external agency website functionality, updates, patches, etc.</li> <li>Responsible for the appropriate utilization of help desk systems for purposes of logging, tracking and communication of daily support issues/requests.</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring and coordinating all maintenance projects and functions in all agency buildings. Ensuring that all maintenance operations and processes meet applicable OSHA and other applicable safety standards (CARF, Department of Public Health, etc.).</li> <li>Responsible for preparation of annual Disaster Recovery Plan, Risk Assessment, CARF Survey and other audits with regard to IT.</li> <li>Ensures IT and Maintenance Departments provide high quality customer service through courteous, prompt and accurate communication.</li> <li>Responsible for programming and updates of agency databases as needed.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> <li>Member on CMH and PIHP Workgroups/Committees as needed.</li> <li>Acts as Agency HIPAA Security Officer.</li> </ul>

CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.</p> <p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</strong></p> <p>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.&nbsp; Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.&nbsp; Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.&nbsp; Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.</p> <p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</strong></p> <p>Intermediate Skills:&nbsp; Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.&nbsp; Has the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.</p> <p><strong>REASONING ABILITY:</strong></p> <p>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
