Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provides reception or clerical services as assigned; such as answers agency telephones, making reminder calls, assist with the check-in/check-out and scheduling of appointments for individuals served and assist visitors. &nbsp;Provides direction for visitors.&nbsp; May assist other secretarial staff with clerical job duties during approved absences.</li> <li>Participates in in-service training sessions and other staff development activities.</li> <li>Demonstrates understanding of and compliance with agency and program policies and procedures.</li> <li>Responsible for knowing and understanding building opening and closing procedures.</li> <li>Participates in committees and work teams as requested or assigned.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
