Overview: We are searching for Welders at our Mankato facility. <br /><br />At Door Engineering, a division of Senneca Holdings, we make custom industrial and commercial doors.<br /><br />Schedule: 4:30 pm - 3:00 am Monday through Thursday, with some overtime on Fridays
Responsibilities: <strong>What You Will Do:</strong><br /><br />This role will work with Area Lead to complete welding assignments to final finish stages to meet production timelines. They will work closely with Area Leads and Production Manager to ensure department standards and schedules are met.<br /><br /> <br /><br /><strong>Summary of Duties:</strong><br /><br />Review and understand project specifications.<br />Perform quality assurance checks throughout processes.
Requirements: <strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong><br /><br /> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate with demonstrate ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.</li> <li>Preferred qualification of a minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in a fabrication environment including drilling, welding, and various hand tools.</li> <li>Ability to use handheld measuring tools such as a tape measurer, combination square, and other measuring instruments.</li> <li>Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently.</li> <li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to execute on SOP, quality, and safety practices.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively to accomplish deadlines.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> </ul>
