Full Time

Overview: This position is responsible to review, calculate and process quote requests daily completing each within a specified time frame. Additionally, you will act as a liaison for factory supported needs.<br /><br />The position is required to work independently interacting daily with regional managers and several factory support personnel, as well as continual communication with customers will be required. Having an eye for detail, an aptitude for heavy data processing/computer skills are essential.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Entering customer information using Fennevision, and other estimating software systems using price configuration information to calculate and draft estimates, generally within 24 hours.</li> <li>Work closely with channel partners to qualify, understand prospect priorities, and collaborate to determine and recommend the appropriate product selections for projects as necessary.</li> <li>Determine if there are any issues, concerns or problems within the customer job requests and resolve the issues as they arise.</li> <li>Process customer returns and warranty issues, file freight claims and provide disposition to carrier.</li> </ul>
