Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Responsible for supporting the manufacturing teams through the creations of accurate and timely routings, drawings and assembly instructions, assisting with the purchase and maintenance of machines and equipment, and leading projects as necessary. Improve the business by contributing, supporting, and implementing ideas to enhance processes and practices for the manufacturing value stream. Lead by example to create a positive culture by ensuring a safe work environment and respecting other people at all times.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Support production team members in the continual improvement of production processes.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Support production in the development of processes that are repeatable and safe.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Support engineering and R &amp; D on implementing new designs and updated designs into production.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Oversee and participate in a maintenance system that ensures strong uptime of machinery and equipment.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Assist in training systems and methodology.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Ensure the completion of manufacturing routings in a timely and accurate manner.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Responsiveness to production team members when issues arise.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Support production in ensuring that standards are being adhered to and that parts are of high quality are being produced according to specifications.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Oversee internal and external quality certifications (ISO, training certifications, etc.).<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Assist production in building quality into the processes.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Assist in responding to and eliminating warranty and quality issues that arise.</span></li> </ul>
