Your responsibilities will revolve around product development, optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. From conception to production, your expertise will contribute to elevating our products' quality, performance, and overall satisfaction.</span></p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Product Design:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with Product Experts and Process Engineers to conceptualize and design cutting-edge products.</li> <li>Work alongside the Sales and Marketing Departments to develop engaging sales media and graphics that resonate with our target audience.</li> <li>Craft clear, user-friendly installation and user guides to provide comprehensive support for our clients.</li> <li>Maintain precise and up-to-date bills of materials to streamline product development and manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Manufacturing Department to produce functional prototypes, showcasing innovative concepts.</li> <li>Evaluate existing product offerings to identify potential cost reduction and system&nbsp;enhancement avenues.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of efficient tooling and setup processes in partnership with the Manufacturing Department.</li> <li>Provide essential CAD and manufacturing engineering support to the Director of Operations for the implementation of new manufacturing technology initiatives, equipment layout, and successful start-up endeavors.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Product Development:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Assume a leadership role as the project manager in all stages of new product development, guiding projects from initial concept to prototype development and eventual production.</li> <li>Lead or support the identification and integration of emerging manufacturing technologies aligned with our pursuit of enhanced efficiency and competitiveness.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Management to drive continuous improvements, enhancing ongoing operations' overall effectiveness and efficiency.</li> </ul>
