Overview: <p><span style="font-size: large;">We are searching for a LEAP Program Associate &ndash; Starting January or Summer 2024 which could be located in Cincinnati (OH), Irving (TX), or Kalamazoo (MI) facilities.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: large;">This particular associate position would rotate through Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales.&nbsp;</span></p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Gain a strong understanding of the market through classroom training, process shadows, on-the-job experience, and production site visits.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Develop and strengthen competencies required for your role and as an employee at Senneca.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Take ownership to identify trends and recommend solutions to manage business challenges.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate updates, create contingency plans.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Complete financial and/or data analysis as required (based on project or rotation).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Accountable for delivering superior customer service (internally or externally as required).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Interact with various levels of corporate leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems. Implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Enhance ability to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, contractors and co-workers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Must be a self-started and remain current with industry and macroeconomic trends by reading publications.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Highly motivated.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful results.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Strong academic record.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, leadership, business acumen, project management, relationship building and teamwork experience through extracurricular activities, work experience or academics.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Willingness to relocate as business need requires.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
