Overview: We are searching for a Project Manager Supervisor at our Salt Lake City, UT facility to support the Mission Critical Environments division. This role will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of our Project Management team on new/current projects from design coordination phase through installation of products.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Benefits:</strong><br /><br />We offer a competitive benefits package with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, Life insurance and disability insurance, as well as 120 hours of PTO.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Monthly financial review for current/upcoming projects: budgets, cost analysis, and coordination with finance team.</li> <li>Contract labor management: scheduling, margin analysis, coordination of job site requirements, etc.</li> <li>Department process management and audits.</li> <li>Contract review and negotiation.</li> <li>Maintain production schedules for multiple concurrent jobs and/or projects, including dates, labor data, financial data, etc.</li> <li>Customer submittal package correspondence.</li> <li>Communicate regularly with internal and external customers regarding project information, status updates, and scheduling concerns.</li> <li>Provide responses to internal and external requests both promptly and accurately with complete information.</li> <li>Following up to ensure customer satisfaction as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate communication with customers, including installers, contractors, and end users.</li> <li>Work with various Operations teams to assist in successful project execution according to order details and timing.</li> <li>Change management coordination for any post-award job changes that occur.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or associate degree in an engineering, business, or related field</li> <li>Experience managing or leading teams with proven success.</li> <li>Experience working with contractors or customers.</li> <li>Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li> <li>Experience budgeting and effectively managing costs to budget.</li> <li>Ability to learn technical aspects of door systems and manufacturing.</li> <li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written).</li> <li>Ability to solve problems and work cross-functionally to resolve them.</li> <li>Able to effectively locate, communicate, and document information.</li> <li>Computer Skills: Proficient Typing Skills, Word, Outlook, Excel.</li> <li>Able to learn Manufacturing/ERP system, and CAD Viewing programs.</li> <li>Ability to travel to job sites as necessary (&lt;5%).</li> </ul> <br /><br /><em>Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.</em><br /><br /><em>**Please no Third-party candidates or phone calls**</em>
