Overview: We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at our Irving, TX facility.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform all duties requested in a Safe manner in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s requirements.</li> <li>Perform scheduled activities regarding Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance per site specifications.</li> <li>Use site&rsquo;s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record activities as required.</li> <li>Support Production efforts by maintaining, repairing and assisting the efforts to maximize equipment uptime, yield and throughput.</li> <li>Support the site by assisting in Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Installation of new equipment.</li> <li>Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical ability, and background check.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>2-year technical degree in Electrical Controls, Industrial Automation or equivalent.</li> <li>Rockwell Logix Maintainer</li> <li>Ability read motor control logic schematics and drawings.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment controls on programmable logic controllers, SCADA, PC Controls.</li> <li>Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics as well as troubleshoot and repair components and systems.</li> <li>Robotic controls and robotic mechanical repairs experience preferred,</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English</li> <li>Ability to use a computer for assigned tasks as needed, such as entering data into the CMMS.</li> </ul> <br /><br /><br /><br /><em>Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.</em><br /><br /><em>**Please no Third-party candidates or phone calls**</em>
