Overview: We are searching for an experienced Office Coordinator at our Mankato, MN facility. <br /><br />We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities. An excellent Office Admin is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out reception and administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coordinate Customer Training Center visits</li> <li>Maintenance work request record management</li> <li>Job cost audit data pulls and synthesizing of data</li> <li>T-sheets management, report building</li> <li>Paper record digital conversion (shop floor paperwork to digital record conversion)</li> <li>Visitor management, customer visit preparation</li> <li>Coordinate supplier scorecard and NCR/RMA documentation</li> <li>Support site recognition activities and assisting in employee record management</li> <li>Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency</li> <li>Maintain files and records with effective filing systems</li> <li>Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management</li> <li>Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)</li> <li>Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition</li> <li>Maintain office equipment (aka ensure copiers are operational and fully stocked with toner, paper, etc.)</li> <li>Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders</li> <li>Support meeting and conferencing needs</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized office environment</li> </ul>
