Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Generate accurate price quotes from customer inputs and in accordance with industry specifications and hardware applications</li> <li>Following up on quotes and gather feedback</li> <li>Processing sales orders with an acute attention to detail and quality</li> <li>Transferring customer nomenclature to HMF terminology</li> <li>Executing internal order management procedures</li> <li>Increasing industry and product knowledge independently</li> <li>Respond and acknowledge internal errors and customer errors</li> <li>Schedule projects in accordance with quoted and committed lead times</li> <li>Helping to create and send marketing materials</li> </ul>
