Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Setup and operate computer programmable/controlled brake press machines.</li> <li>Must be able to plan and layout bending sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints, or specifications.</li> <li>Bend a variety of products or assemblies of small, light to average weight following standard procedures.</li> <li>Request assistance on large or heavy sheet metal blanks.</li> <li>Setup up various types of metal in performing operations in forming.</li> <li>All parts must be bent to close tolerances.</li> <li>Requires aligning, fitting, and adjusting parts to meet operating requirements of unit.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and rework pieces that fail tests.</li> <li>Assist Engineering personnel in the modification, parts substitution, and repair.</li> <li>May perform minor maintenance procedures.</li> <li>Coordinates orders on carts by ship date.</li> </ul> <br />
