Overview: The Site Service Supervisor/Superintendent is responsible for managing all aspects of field installation projects, from delivery through completion. This role includes overseeing installation crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and working closely with internal teams and clients to meet project objectives. This position involves domestic travel.
Responsibilities: <strong>Supervise field installation teams and subcontractors, including:<br /></strong><br /> <ul> <li>Coaching and mentoring.</li> <li>Performance management.</li> <li>Tracking attendance.</li> <li>Monitoring productivity and efficiency on job sites.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.</li> <li>Document incidents, delays, and issues for reporting and resolution.</li> <li>Verify timecards and approve hours worked (if applicable).</li> <li>Track completion of required training and certifications.</li> <li>Conduct regular check-ins and job site audits.</li> <li>Provide ongoing feedback and support for skill development.</li> <li>Monitor adherence to quality standards and installation procedures.</li> <li>Develop and manage job site schedules and work assignments.</li> <li>Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Track project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Oversee material and equipment deliveries.</li> <li>Maintain accurate daily job site logs and reports.</li> <li>Promote a positive, safety-driven work environment.</li> <li>Train and onboard new part-time installers and subcontractors.</li> <li>Monitor field expenses and manage inventory to support profitability.</li> <li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product and warranty issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Managers and the PMO office for process improvements.</li> <li>Serve as a backup to the Director of Installations.</li> <li>Support and train Service Partners.</li> <li>Attend quarterly corporate meetings and participate in install team events.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.</li> <li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
