Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collect, analyze, and report on costs related to raw materials, labor, inventory, and production activities.</li> <li>Prepare standard vs. actual cost reports and perform variance analysis.</li> <li>Support cost accounting tied to product design changes, materials, and manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Review purchase orders, contracts, and vouchers for accuracy.</li> <li>Ensure proper classification and documentation of financial transactions.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.</li> <li>Assist with reserves, asset tracking, and expenditure reporting.</li> <li>Recommend practical improvements to accounting and cost control procedures.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and manufacturing teams.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.</li> <li>1&ndash;3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred but not required).</li> <li>Working knowledge of basic cost accounting principles.</li> <li>Experience using ERP systems and Excel.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong>Preferred (Not Required)<br /></strong><br /> <ul> <li>Exposure to commercial or industrial manufacturing environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls.</li> </ul> <br />
