Overview: HMF Express is seeking proactive, reliable, and motivated Production Associates &nbsp;to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality door frames. The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks, including building, packaging, cutting, and assembly, ensuring that our products meet industry standards. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.</li> <li>Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools.</li> <li>Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly.</li> <li>Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.</li> <li>Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately.</li> <li>Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English.</li> <li>Willingness to work overtime when necessary.</li> <li>Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn.</li> <li>Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.</li> </ul>
