Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation</span></li> </ul>
