We&rsquo;re a hands-on team looking for reliable people who enjoy working with their hands and seeing the results of their work every day in Mankato, Minnesota.<br /> <ul> <li>Medical</li> <li>Dental</li> <li>Vision</li> <li>401k with company match</li> <li>3 weeks PTO</li> <li>9 paid holidays in 2026</li> <li>Diverse, inclusive and welcoming culture</li> </ul> <br />Spots on our Weekend Shift are Available!<br />Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (36+ hours/week) (Some overtime may be available on weekdays)<br />Shift Differential: 20% and a paid half-hour lunch<br />Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Fabrication: Welding/Lamination, Final Assembly<br /><br />Important to Know: All team members may work in different areas of the manufacturing process. You may be trained and assigned to different production stages as business needs change. <br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions</li> <li>Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality</li> <li>Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing</li> <li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace</li> <li>Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time</li> <li>Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills</li> <li>Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently</li> <li>Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred</li> <li>Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work</li> <li>Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively</li> <li>Willingness to learn and cross-train</li> <li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li> </ul> <br /><br />You&rsquo;ll do well here if you:<br /> <ul> <li>Like working with your hands and staying active</li> <li>Show up reliably and take ownership of your work</li> <li>Learn quickly and ask questions</li> <li>Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment</li> </ul> <br />Physical Requirements:<br /><br />The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur.
