Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years&nbsp;of relevant engineering experience to join our growing engineering team in Ireland. The successful candidate will&nbsp;be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of structural systems and&nbsp;products used in data centers and other industrial applications.<br /><br />Experience designing data center aisle containment systems, equipment support frames, caging&nbsp;systems, and related infrastructure is highly desirable. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Design and develop structural products, assemblies, and fabricated steel structures using&nbsp;</li> <li>SolidWorks and CAD software.</li> <li>Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation, and bills of&nbsp;</li> <li>materials (BOMs).</li> <li>Support the design and development of: <ul> <li>Data center aisle containment systems</li> <li>Equipment support frames</li> <li>Security caging systems</li> <li>Structural support solutions</li> <li>Custom customer-engineered products</li> </ul> </li> <li>Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis to validate designs.</li> <li>Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, project management, and installation teams to&nbsp;</li> <li>ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements.</li> <li>Support prototype development, testing, and product validation activities.</li> <li>Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and customer&nbsp;</li> <li>specifications.</li> <li>Assist in resolving production and field installation issues through engineering support and&nbsp;</li> <li>design modifications.</li> <li>Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to develop practical engineering&nbsp;</li> <li>solutions.</li> </ul>
