Overview: We are searching for an Entry level Production Manufacturer at our Woodbury, Minnesota facility.<br />This candidate must be eager and willing to learn and cross train into various departments of the production floor.<br /><br />This position pays: $20-$22 an hour<br /><br />Benefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, 401k, Parental leave, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement &amp; more!<br /><br />This position is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.</li> <li>Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools.</li> <li>Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly.</li> <li>Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.</li> <li>Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately.</li> <li>Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English.</li> <li>Willingness to work overtime when necessary.</li> <li>Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn.</li> <li>Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.</li> </ul>
