Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering, this role helps ensure that customer orders are translated accurately into production-ready work instructions.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Interpret purchase orders and input data into internal systems using our product configurator.</li> <li>Generate clear and accurate work order instructions and documentation.</li> <li>Collaborate across departments to clarify project details and meet order deadlines.</li> <li>Ensure all job details align with HMF SOPs and manufacturing requirements.</li> <li>Maintain organized documentation and workflow across systems.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>What You Need to Succeed</strong><br />Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.<br />Basic understanding of architectural drawings or order entry templates (training provided).<br />Strong attention to detail and organization.<br />Technical aptitude and solid math skills.<br />Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).<br /><br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br />Experience in the commercial door and frame or building materials industry is helpful, but not required.<br />History of working successfully in a team environment.<br />Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.<br /><br /><strong>Join One Team Senneca</strong><br />We believe in doing meaningful work, valuing every team member, and building quality products that make an impact.
