We will continue to focus on delivering exceptional service and products to existing and future clients and as a result, we are seeking to fill multiple positions to develop and support this continued growth.<br /><br />We are currently seeking to fill&nbsp;<strong>5 full-time, permanent</strong>&nbsp;opportunities for:</p> <p><strong>Client Services Representatives &ndash; Core Markets, Public<br /><br /></strong>Located&nbsp;in&nbsp;Tempe, AZ&nbsp;or&nbsp;Shelton, CT&nbsp;and reporting to the Manager, Client Services.&nbsp; The&nbsp;Client Services Representative&nbsp;is responsible for administering equity compensation plans on our platform.&nbsp; In addition to this, building and nurturing strong&nbsp;relationships with HR professionals, senior financial staff, and high-level&nbsp;payroll/benefits contacts on Shareworks enterprise accounts. You will apply your&nbsp;extensive knowledge of Company products, in addition to strong customer service&nbsp;and communication skills.<br /><strong><br />Solium is a fast growing Company where every member of our team is integral to our success. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Delivering optimum&nbsp;service to our customers, including corporate client account administration and&nbsp;providing responses to customer inquiries by phone, email or ticketing system&nbsp;as required</li> <li>Being attentive to&nbsp;client needs and requests, while demonstrating effective prioritization,&nbsp;time management skills and escalating when appropriate</li> <li>Managing the&nbsp;administration of share purchase plans, stock options and awards for specific&nbsp;client groups</li> <li>Developing and&nbsp;maintaining long term client relationships</li> <li>Effectively&nbsp;documenting and maintaining client processes</li> <li>Processing timely and&nbsp;accurate data updates, data manipulation and data management by updating the software&nbsp;per client instruction</li> <li>Proactively&nbsp;participating in ongoing training to expand your own knowledge base</li> <li>Tracking open issues&nbsp;and escalating internally as appropriate</li> <li>Identifying errors and&nbsp;potential issues and working collectively with other team members and internal stakeholders&nbsp;to find solutions</li> <li>Understanding&nbsp;financial reporting and administrative reports</li> <li>Actively managing&nbsp;customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and&nbsp;services</li> <li>Interacting with Relationship&nbsp;Management Team on customer issues and being responsible for client&nbsp;satisfaction</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Post-secondary&nbsp;diploma or degree is required</li> <li>Minimum 3-year&nbsp;customer service, financial and/or operational experience</li> <li>Self-motivated with&nbsp;the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines</li> <li>A passion for providing proactive client-focused&nbsp;solutions</li> <li>Demonstrated ability&nbsp;to prioritize and multi-task, including escalating when appropriate</li> <li>Willing to go above&nbsp;and beyond, while maintaining a positive attitude</li> <li>Fluency in written&nbsp;and spoken English is a must</li> <li>Strong analytical,&nbsp;problem solving skills, and proven attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to apply your&nbsp;entrepreneurial, innovative mindset to assist in the development and&nbsp;improvement of internal and external processes</li> <li>Comfortable in a&nbsp;fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and&nbsp;training opportunities</li> <li>Demonstrated&nbsp;competency with common technology and technical concepts, including but not&nbsp;limited to email, internet, Excel and Word</li> <li>Successful completion&nbsp;of Certified Equity Professional (CEP) program would be an asset, but not&nbsp;required</li> </ul>
