Responsibilities: As a member of the corporate marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering consistent quality output for our websites while ensuring the use of best practices related to SEO and content marketing. As a subject matter expert, you will also be expected to provide coaching and insights to your marketing team partners to ensure we&rsquo;re delivering campaigns and content optimized for search and creating a positive customer experience.<br /><br />In addition to managing our website properties, you will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting campaigns developing or utilizing your digital marketing skills to help us transform our demand generation strategies today and in the future.<br /><br />This position will report to the Director, Revenue Marketing Operations and will work extensively with product marketing, marketing communications and the go-to-market teams. This position is open to experienced candidates (2+ years) and is recommended for those individuals looking to continue a career in marketing, SEO and/or web development.<br /><strong><br />PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Website development and management of translation and localization efforts</li> <li>Project manage major web updates</li> <li>Manage and execute SEO efforts across all web properties</li> <li>Integration of web forms and form handlers to support marketing automation processes</li> <li>Creating and testing of landing pages (A/B testing and other approaches)</li> <li>Assisting with integrated campaigns, including deployment</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing teams on content production, delivery and maintenance</li> <li>Work with Digital Experience Manager to ensure brand guidelines are being met</li> <li>Interpret website user data to improve the buyer journey</li> <li>Report and provide analysis on website and campaigns</li> </ul>
Requirements: AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE: <ul> <li>2-4 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B</li> <li>Familiarity with the B2B buyer journey, including lead flow strategies (from web to Salesforce)</li> <li>Hands-on experience with WordPress strongly desired</li> <li>Hands-on experience with technical SEO ; knowledge of Web Analytics best practices</li> <li>Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics</li> <li>Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability</li> <li>Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms; knowledge of Pardot preferred.</li> <li>Experience with paid advertising channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn) strongly desired</li> <li>Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns strongly desired</li> <li>Experience working with an integrated marketing technology suite strongly desired</li> <li>Experience using CRM technology as a tool to align sales and marketing</li> </ul> <p>This is a full-time role based in our downtown Calgary office located in Eau Claire Tower.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
