Shareworks by Morgan Stanley is designed to simplify the complexities of equity plan management, while helping employees realize the full potential of their benefits.<br /><br />The <strong>Sales Assistant</strong> will be a crucial part of our Sales and Business Development team across the North American Public Markets space and will play an integral role in driving growth in the business. From managing incoming leads and communicating with clients and prospects to writing content, analyzing data, organizing meetings and events, proposal preparation and other administrative tasks.<br /><br />Solium is a fast growing Company where every member of our team is integral to our success. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work with the sales team to document customer projects and information in Salesforce</li> <li>Support the sales team on the completion of any pre-proposal documents, NDAs, etc. (incl interaction and follow-up with legal and other departments)</li> <li>Creation of proposal documents and delivery to prospects (both legal and financial, and coordinating any requisite sign-offs)</li> <li>Ensuring quality of submitted documentation and completeness of contracts</li> <li>Track the progress of agreements through contract negotiation and Legal review, and new clients through implementation to go live</li> <li>Consistent and timely communication with clients through phone and e-mail to rectify and clarify issues you&rsquo;re working on for them</li> <li>Coordinating the sales team's calendar to help organize appointments and walk throughs/demos</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Previous experience in the equity or share plan industry, including group and retirement plans, is a definite asset</li> <li>Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics or Finance preferred</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Strong analytical skills &ndash; experience analyzing data to identify trends and extract insights</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality reports and presentations</li> <li>Aptitude for learning new technologies, solid understanding of e-commerce and equities; previous experience with SaaS solutions is an asset</li> <li>Excellent skills in time management and prioritization</li> <li>Proven success working in a dynamic and fast paced environment and working well without direction</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency with technology and technical concepts, including but not limited to the Microsoft office suite, including Intermediate level Excel</li> <li>Ability to travel for occasional on-site sales meetings with clients</li> </ul>
