Shareworks by Morgan Stanley is designed to simplify the complexities of equity plan management, while helping employees realize the full potential of their benefits.<br /><br />Located in <strong>Tempe, Arizona</strong> and reporting to the Executive Services Team Lead, the Executive Services Specialist fulfills the role of being the face of Shareworks by Morgan Stanley to our Executive and C-Suite level customers.<br /><br />You will interact daily with Shareworks&rsquo; executive clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executive level participants</li> <li>Working with the executive teams of our issuers on complex issues such as establishing 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, form 3/4/5 filings, share gifting, money movement etc.</li> <li>Sensitively addressing customer needs and challenges in a timely and efficient manner</li> <li>Using our proprietary online application, ShareworksTM, and other online tools to respond to client inquiries</li> <li>Responding to complaints from participants, including ensuring all situations are resolved or escalated appropriately</li> <li>Achieving daily benchmarks for call volumes and accuracy of responses</li> <li>Following established processes to ensure privacy, compliance and audit requirements are always met</li> <li>Working closely with all team members, ensuring information is shared as appropriate</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required</li> <li>Series 7 license required</li> <li>Fluency in spoken and written English is a must</li> <li>Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service, particularly by phone and email</li> <li>Understanding of equity markets and trading would be a definite asset, but is not a requirement</li> <li>Familiarity with Form 3,4,5 filing is a definite plus</li> <li>Flexibility to support a variety of shift times between Monday and Friday</li> <li>Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunities</li> </ul>
