Overview: We are looking for a purpose-driven General Manager to join our expanding team and become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. In this role, you will be charged with creating a highly productive environment focusing on building a motivated team, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience, and balancing other corporate priorities, focusing on strategic, operational, and leadership excellence. Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred.</li> <li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.</li> <li>Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.</li> <li>Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.</li> <li>Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes.</li> <li>ServSafe Certification.</li> </ul>
