Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Smile, make eye contact and greet customers while stocking shelves</li> <li>Offer to help customers to resolve any questions that they have</li> <li>Provide exceptional service</li> <li>Keep your department clean, well-stocked and organized</li> <li>Handle and present products in a way that highlights and safeguards their quality</li> <li>Comply with company and public health standards</li> <li>Know the features, benefits and uses of the products in your store</li> <li>Look for create ways to present your products to your customers</li> <li>Support national, regional and store merchandising programs</li> <li>Contribute to a safe, positive and fun environment</li> <li>Support teammates to be successful in their roles</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by leadership</li> </ul>
