This role is a maternity cover for the next 7-8 months.</p> <p>As Regional Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for Shareworks&trade; prospects and customers in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with a &ldquo;digital first&rdquo; mindset and customer-centric approach. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the EMEA region, including ownership of (and management aspects of) Shareworks and industry related events in EMEA.</li> <li>Creating and/or tailoring sales and marketing content to the EMEA SaaS buyer.</li> <li>Work closely with sales to identify market trends and drive data influenced decisions that impact revenue generation.</li> <li>Champion the Shareworks brand, product and services positioning, overall vision and value proposition for the EMEA market.</li> <li>Work with the demand generation team to support lead generation and nurturing activities.</li> <li>Tailor global marketing campaigns to the requirements of the various EMEA markets and work closely with the global marketing team to execute these campaigns.</li> <li>Identify and grow strategic relationships with key industry partners, agencies, vendors, speakers and sponsors.</li> <li>Evaluate and stay current with new digital marketing and demand generations processes and technologies.</li> <li>Educate, train and enable sales representatives and relationship managers on upcoming marketing driven activities.</li> <li>Report on key results and ROI for campaigns</li> <li>Plan and deploy marketing resources wisely and manage budgets.</li> </ul>
Requirements: AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE: <ul> <li>2-4 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B</li> <li>Experience developing digital marketing content aligned to the buyer journey.</li> <li>Experience using Marketing Automation as part of a multi-touch campaign</li> <li>Experience using CRM technology as a tool to align sales and marketing</li> <li>Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns strongly desired</li> <li>Experience working with an integrated marketing technology suite strongly desired</li> <li>Detailed with strong time management and organisational skills</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communications skills</li> </ul> <p>While we thank all applicants for their interest, please note that only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.</p>
