Overview: <ul> <li>One year contract</li> <li>Salary based on experience</li> <li>Local candidates preferred</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Maintain and update Production schedules on daily basis; focus on Assembly schedule</li> <li>Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels</li> <li>Reconciliation between 2 systems to ensure accuracy; support to team during a new system implementation</li> <li>Maintain safety stock level, ensure product availability of all raw materials, components and finished goods required and minimize inventory cost</li> <li>Co-ordinate with Purchasing Department for the supply of raw materials</li> <li>Co-ordinate with Production, Customer Service and Shipping Departments to ensure all shipping deadlines are met</li> <li>Create Production Work Orders for the production floor in the system</li> <li>Create and/or modify BOM and update costing</li> <li>Perform cycle counts, cycle count reconciliation and inventory adjustments ongoing; includes full counts on finished goods &amp; components</li> <li>Co-ordinate with Quality Control on NCR (non- conformance), RGA/RMA (product returns) and related inventory system adjustments and quality related reports</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>Education and experiences required</p> <ul> <li>Post-secondary education / Diploma / University degree</li> <li><strong>At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment; scheduling and/or inventory control experience and/or with accounting background</strong></li> <li>Familiar with ERP systems</li> <li>Advanced computer knowledge with full proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Macros)</li> <li>A logical and analytical mind, mathematically skilled</li> <li>Able to work under pressure and adept at multi-tasking</li> <li>Advanced communication and organizational skills; and a good team player</li> </ul>
