The person in this role will develop a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics and unmet needs and collaboratively build a differentiated and compelling value proposition that addresses key stakeholders including HCPs, patients/caregivers, and payers</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Focus externally and develop strong relationships with key customers.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive and aligned launch road map and lead and motivate brand team and overall organization in preparation for a successful launch.</li> <li>Develop impactful unbranded and branded strategies and campaigns.</li> <li>Plan and execute a strategic, compelling, and targeted, tactical plan to inform, educate, and empower stakeholders and support achievement of brand objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with Digital/Multichannel engagement Lead to develop and implement innovative and effective digital strategies and tools.</li> <li>Work collaboratively to map thought leader community, define advisory needs, and identify peer-to-peer education opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Market Research, Medical Affairs, and others to ensure aligned strategic objectives across functions</li> <li>Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators for launch readiness and launch.</li> <li>Manage and strategically allocate annual budget.</li> <li>Provide input into annual and long-rang revenue forecasts.</li> <li>Manage agency partners and other vendors to ensure execution according to plan.</li> <li>Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team.</li> <li>Ensure compliant execution of all marketing strategies, materials, and tactics.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines)</li> <li>MBA preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>12+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience</li> <li>U.S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience is a plus</li> <li>Oncology experience preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <p><strong>Technical:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Office</li> <li>Brand planning</li> <li>Launch and tactical planning</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong track record of leadership with and without authority</li> <li>Track record of strong cross functional collaboration</li> </ul> <p><strong>Communication:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clear and inspiring communicator able to engage, influence and navigate cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Track record of high-energy, impactful presentations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Team player and strong track record of collaboration, particularly across Marketing and Sales teams</li> <li>Strong sense of urgency and ability to organize, prioritize, activate and execute</li> </ul> <p>The expected salary range for this position is $147,000 &ndash; $285,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
