The answers are waiting &ndash; and we need your help finding them. &nbsp;</p> </div> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>The Program &amp; Alliance Management Associate Director directs&nbsp;internal and external activities for assigned alliances to achieve strategic and operational goals&nbsp;of each&nbsp;partnership and&nbsp;provides program management support to underlying development programs&nbsp;to advance the portfolio and value of SpringWorks assets.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Direct all operating activities within SpringWorks for assigned alliances, including:  <ul> <li>Alliance life cycle phases: launch, strategic and tactical program planning, execution and monitoring, transition/transformation </li> <li>Alliance governance model and information flow </li> <li>Conflict resolution/problem solving  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Plan, implement, and monitor strategic goals and outcomes for assigned alliance and program based on deep understanding of contract, value proposition/business strategy, and drug development pathway .</li> <li>Cultivate solid relationship with partner and establish effective peer-to-peer communication channels.</li> <li>Provide nimble and adaptive program management support for the combination and/or monotherapy drug development program alongside alliance/clinical development program lead, including integrated program plan management, risk management, and facilitation of meetings.</li> <li>Manage the internal alliance team and joint development teams/committees per governance structure to ensure alignment to strategic goals while fostering a collaborative culture .</li> <li>Ensure SpringWorks values are continuously exemplified in all aspects of partner relationship.</li> <li>Drive organizational alignment and support for alliance scope and development program; coordinate with senior management required resources.</li> <li>Formulate and track alliance success metrics for reporting to stakeholders.</li> <li>Contribute to the development and implementation of Alliance capabilities, including tools, processes, strategies, best practices to ensure optimal alliance management and coordination across portfolio.</li> <li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Sciences, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>9+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.</li> <li>7+ years combination of R&amp;D program management and/or alliance management experience preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical development life cycle, particularly clinical development/&nbsp;regulatory landscape.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in R&amp;D program management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in legal aspects of alliance work, conflict resolution, corporate relationship management.</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills highly preferred.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet highly preferred.</li> <li>Highly collaborative with extensive team management experience.</li> <li>Excels in leading corporate and technical joint&nbsp;decision making&nbsp;and issue resolution.</li> <li>Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills &nbsp;</li> <li>Excels in effective management of internal and external teams and committees.</li> <li>Ability to build relationships across all levels of organization&nbsp;to&nbsp;gain trust and influence with&nbsp;program&nbsp;stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong operational skills, program management capabilities,&nbsp;creative risk management and problem-solving skills &nbsp;</li> <li>Energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li> <li>Ability to be flexible and adaptive as new challenges or opportunities emerge.</li> <li>This position must be able to work East Coast hours.</li> <li>This position may require up to &lt;15% travel.</li> </ul> <p>The expected salary range for this position is $152,250.00 - $200,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
