Nurse

$15/hr taxable + $35/hr non taxable stipends

Overview: <p>Facility: Hospital</p> <p>Shift: 12hrs - Days/Nights<br /><br /><strong>Pay Rate</strong>: $15/hr taxable + $32/hr non taxable stipends Gross = $564/12hr Shift</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>RNs in telemetry nursing jobs use high-tech equipment to monitor patient conditions and progress</li> <li>Tele nurses typically take care of patients recently released from the ICU who are often at risk for developing complications; these nurses, therefore, must be able to take appropriate action when problems arise.</li> <li>Common conditions that require telemetry nurses include cardiac surgery, renal failure, COPD, sleep disorders, neurological problems, epilepsy, and cancer.</li> <li>Duties of telemetry nurses include careful review of the patient's vitals, maintenance of telemetry equipment, administration of medication, and communication with the patient and family.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be willing to float if requested</li> <li>GA- RN - license in good standing</li> <li>2+ years of current hospital experience</li> <li>Current -BLS/ACLS</li> <li>2- Current- clinical references</li> <li>Current - Physical (within-12 months)</li> <li>Current - PPD (within- 12 months)</li> <li>Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B</li> <li>Tdap and Flu vaccine - current</li> <li>Respiratory fit testing (within 12 months)</li> <li>Must be able to pass a back ground screening</li> <li>Must be able to pass urine drug testing</li> </ul>
