Responsibilities: <strong>Availability:</strong>&nbsp;General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store location, and is available as business dictates.<br /><br /><strong>Delegation &amp; Multi-Tasking:</strong>&nbsp;Delegate responsibilities and hold team accountable based on the store&rsquo;s needs and company standards. Able to read and react, being proactive and reactive in overseeing multiple tasks at the same time. Running a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning restrooms, and marketing promotions are things you may do in our fast-paced environment.<br /><br /><strong>Communication:</strong>&nbsp;Effectively communicate with District Manager, team members, support center, vendors, and guests, both verbally and digitally. Coach team members in a positive way while relaying important updates to the District Manager in a timely manner.<br /><br /><strong>Training &amp; Coaching:</strong>&nbsp;Ensures team members are completing assigned training while overseeing any ongoing learning initiatives. Coaches team members on brand standards, guest service, policies, and procedures. Effectively delegates appropriate responsibilities and develops Assistant Manager for future internal growth.<br /><br /><strong>Guest Service:</strong>&nbsp;Your main focus will be to coach team members on how to put a smile on every guest&rsquo;s face. Ensure every guest is welcomed as they walk in the door. Build lasting relationships with every guest and getting to know their needs. Treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day. Maximize guest satisfaction.<br /><br /><strong>Food Service:</strong>&nbsp;Provides oversight and ensures the success of the Made to Order program, ensuring brand standards, food safety protocols, and recipe integrity are adhered to.<br /><br /><strong>Problem Solving:</strong>&nbsp;Develops an understanding of the needs of your team and your guests, able to take action to find answers and solutions. Able to resolve issues. Identify new and better ways of doing things.<br /><br /><strong>Cleaner &amp; Fresher:</strong>&nbsp;Ensures a pristine environment for guests, both indoors and outdoors, through delegation and teamwork. Upholds brand and image standards by keeping our promise to be Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier than the competition.<br /><br /><strong>Interviewing &amp; Staffing:</strong>&nbsp;Staffs store according to business needs and budget. Actively recruits, interviews, and hires quality team members through tools provided. This includes grassroots field recruiting, hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach.<br /><br /><strong>Financial Accountability:</strong>&nbsp;Has full P&amp;L oversight, managing location sales, inventory, daily financial audits, payroll, and all other controllable expenses.
Requirements: <strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>18+</li> <li>3+ years management or supervisory experience</li> <li>Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service</li> <li>Clear communication</li> <li>Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds</li> <li>Accountable</li> <li>Reliable</li> <li>Punctual</li> <li>Team-first attitude</li> <li>Coachable</li> <li>Trainable</li> <li>Ability to stand on your feet during entire shift</li> <li>Shift flexibility</li> <li>Weekend availability</li> <li>Ability to work at any location within 30 miles of your home</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Prior leadership experience in any field</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li> <li>Bilingual</li> <li>Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite</li> <li>Experience with PDI or similar software</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Values:</strong>&nbsp;Once trained, you are expected to adhere to and champion our core values.
