Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment protocols under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).</li> <li>Fluently implement skill acquisition programs for any children.</li> <li>Provide supervision of clients during the clients&rsquo; lunch period, which may include heating or cutting food, and implementing treatment protocols related to lunch skills.</li> <li>Accurately collect data daily (tools provided).</li> <li>Accurately graph data daily (tools provided).</li> <li>Accurately complete billing/session notes for clients.</li> <li>Attend staff meetings as required.</li> <li>Attend professional development as required.</li> <li>Physical Demands and Work Environment.</li> </ul>
Requirements: In order to successfully perform the essential duties of this job, the employee must be able to meet the following physical demands:<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.</li> <li>Complete all requirements for PCMA training as a Practitioner 2.</li> <li>Stand and walk frequently.</li> <li>Move quickly to keep up with small children.</li> <li>Play actively.</li> <li>Push children (weighing up to 150 pounds) on a swing.</li> <li>Sit on a stool or chair for up to 30 minutes at a time.</li> <li>Sit on the floor for up to 30 minutes at a time.</li> <li>Get up from the floor quickly.</li> <li>Withstand all demands presented by outside weather conditions at any time of the year.</li> <li>Withstand a moderate noise level.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications:<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, 60 college credits required.</li> <li>Experience with children required; experience with children with ASD preferred.</li> <li>Experience and training with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles preferred.</li> <li>Ability to interact professionally with parents.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task; implementing behavior intervention protocols, skill acquisition protocols, and following standard practices all at the same time.</li> <li>Great written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Complete 40 hours of online Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within first 90 days of employment.&nbsp; Complete Professional Crisis Management Association&rsquo;s (PCMA) Practitioner 2 training requirements within the first 180 days of employment.</li> <li>Completion of Crisis Management training within first 180 days of employment.</li> </ul>
