As our&nbsp;<strong>Digital Marketing Manager</strong>,&nbsp;you will...</p> <ul> <li>Guide and execute overall digital business strategies and tactics</li> <li>Manage the business and creative aspects of&nbsp;<strong>Sullivans</strong>&nbsp;online presence &ndash; including the company website, e-marketing, content creation, digital advertising, social media, SEO and SEM</li> <li>Manage day-to-day relationships with the digital agency that hosts our website and executes our e-marketing plans</li> <li>Assure compelling content for use on&nbsp;<strong>Sullivans</strong>&nbsp;website and e-tailer partner websites</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <strong>Manage and Implement Digital Marketing strategies.</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability</li> <li>Manage art and copy-writing professionals (outsourcing where needed)</li> <li>Analyze key metrics and make in-year adjustments to hit forecasted objectives</li> <li>Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results</li> <li>Manage all aspects of digital marketing operations, including key personnel</li> </ul> <strong>Develop, Organize, and Maintain all Department Records, Information and Budget</strong> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Generate monthly reports on our digital media marketing campaigns&rsquo; performance</li> <li>Present budget along with updated project needs yearly to Budget committee</li> <li>Conduct digital media marketing research, analysis, write reports and submit recommendations upon request</li> </ul> <strong>Assist and Oversee Digital Marketing Function</strong> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Schedule digital media marketing campaigns</li> <li>Oversee management of all digital channels</li> <li>Manage digital media content</li> <li>Manage day-to-day messaging/posts</li> <li>Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong> <ul> <li>Sales management experience</li> <li>Monitor lead attribution &amp; conversions;&nbsp;SEO &amp; search engine ranking algorithms;&nbsp;Google Analytics</li> <li>Organizational skills, including time-management, multi-tasking &amp; problem-solving skills</li> <li>Attention to detail, including typesetting, composition, proofreading</li> <li>Professionalism and excellent communication skills</li> </ul> <strong>Qualifications</strong>: <ul> <li>Web programming in HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.</li> <li>Experience with EpiServer platform a big plus.</li> <li>Ability to oversee day to day web site operations ensuring quality, performance and reliability</li> </ul> <strong>Knowledge:</strong> <ul> <li>Must be comfortable with PC or Mac and proficient in all Microsoft Office programs</li> <li>Knowledgeable and experienced with InDesign;&nbsp;Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator</li> <li>General knowledge of CMS</li> </ul> <strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communication, or related field required</li> <li>5-7 years&rsquo; experience in marketing; 3+ years of digital marketing experience</li> <li>Solid understanding of ecommerce, PPC, SEO &amp; SEM</li> <li>Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video)</li> <li>Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with web host provider to design and implement persona-based personalized email campaigns</li> </ul>
