Overview: <p>TCC a 2021 Glassdoor Top Place to Work, Top Workplace USA Today, and more is looking to hire an Outside Sales Agent!</p> <p>As an Outside Sales Agent for TCC, you will utilize your passion to provide excellent customer service. Your&nbsp;ability to provide a unique sales experience will create loyal customers for&nbsp;new cutting-edge 5G home product offerings from Verizon!</p> <p>TCC is excited to launch a new distribution model promoting the latest Verizon 5G Home Internet Service to local Indianapolis area neighborhoods.&nbsp;&nbsp;This position will travel to and from assigned neighborhoods presenting, educating, and selling 5G home products, information, and services to homeowners.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Effectively present&nbsp;5G Home products and&nbsp;services and develop&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;with potential customers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle the sales process by completing customer contracts, lead sheets, and processing orders through the appropriate system.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay up to date with&nbsp;5G Home&nbsp;product knowledge, pricing plans, promotions,&nbsp;competitive rates/services, and service features through continuous learning and self-development.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with local TCC&nbsp;locations&nbsp;for additional support of a customer&rsquo;s needs outside of 5G Home products and services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in resolving&nbsp;customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Achieve monthly sales quotas set by the business.&nbsp; <ul> <li>Opportunity to grow in this position as markets potentially expand with opportunity for advancement.</li> <li>Aggressive commission pay structure.</li> <li>Paid Uniforms and Mileage Reimbursement.</li> <li>Flexible schedule- 6-7 hour shifts, afternoons, and early evenings Monday thru Saturday. No Sundays.</li> <li>Other responsibilities as assigned to effectively promote and sell 5G homes to potential customers.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>One year of wireless&nbsp;sales&nbsp;experience</li> <li>Outgoing personality&nbsp;with excellent communication skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong negotiating and closing&nbsp;skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-motivated&nbsp;</li> <li>Driven to achieve results&nbsp;</li> <li>High School Diploma</li> </ul>
