TCC offers a competitive hourly rate and an uncapped commission structure providing employees the opportunity to achieve their monetary goals.</span><span class="eop">&nbsp;<br /><br /></span></p> <p>As a Small Business Account Manager at TCC you will be apart of a growing culture that focuses on finding value-based solutions for our small business customers.&nbsp; As a Small Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for building a sales funnel through prospecting, networking, leads, and referrals.&nbsp; This position requires a self-starter who can drive results.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Driving small business account growth within multiple retail locations</li> <li>Manage and build relationships with small business account for long term success</li> <li>Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner</li> <li>Achieve monthly sales quotas set by the business</li> <li>Communicating and connecting with current and prospective small businesses</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships within TCC retail locations to effectively educate, coach, and train Sales Consultants on all aspects of business accounts</li> <li>Utilize TCC provided systems to effectively manage and track small business accounts</li> <li>Provide weekly reporting to leadership on market and store account generation</li> <li>This role requires working in a retail location as well as extensive travel across multiple regions as required by TCC.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -16px; top: 26.7639px;">&nbsp;</div>
