Overview: <div>The Field Services Engineer I position reports to the IT Field Services Manager.  </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>This position is responsible for the timely resolution of IT-related issues encountered in our retail locations that impact business processes.&nbsp;</div>

Requirements: <div>Key activities for this role include:&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Familiarity in working with online ticketing systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in performing network issue troubleshooting both on-premises and via remote tools&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> Including:&nbsp;<br /> <ul> <li>Configuration of Internet modems, network routers, switches, and VOIP solutions&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in workflow creations and process improvements&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to meet deadlines&nbsp;</li> <li>Communication skills both written and verbal&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide support during Field visits or dispatches&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of retail operations preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work nights/weekends as needed for special projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimal Travel&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete all other duties as assigned&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Additional Dimensions:&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>The accomplished individual will possess the following experience:&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or related equivalent work experience of 2+ years&nbsp;</li> <li>2+ years of working in the retail industry&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven expertise and overall responsibility in customer service satisfaction&nbsp;</li> </ul>
