Overview: Receive and make phone calls from practices in the USA to answer questions about their account statements during US work timing (Night shift in India).
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Intake calls from Patients, Payers and Field Representatives.</li> <li>Provide referrals to patient assistance programs.</li> <li>Warm Transfer callers to appropriate external Parties.</li> <li>Document call details &amp; Reporting.</li> <li>Resolve customer service related issues and process complex customer calls.</li> <li>Accountable to build/maintain effective relationships with customers.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Work experience in US Healthcare (Revenue Cycle Management) is a must and/or customer service preferred.</li> <li>Good understanding of the billing process.</li> <li>Graduate with excellent English communication skills verbal as well as written.</li> </ul>
