Overview: <h4>Job Description</h4> <div class="jobs-JobDescription"> <p>OBJECTIVES</p> <p>The objectives of your position are:</p> <p>TRIARQ Support Analyst provides telephone support to customers using the TRIARQ (gloStream) Practice Management and EMR software. You will troubleshoot and solve Practice Management and EMR software issues using knowledge of medical practice workflow and the TRIARQ software applications. You will act as a liaison between Customers and developers to solve software issues and also work on special projects as requested, including customer training. The Support Analyst must demonstrate ability to quickly learn how to use the TRIARQ Practice Management and EMR software and demonstration knowledge and credibility of medical practice process.</p> <p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years experience working with medical practice software (practice management and/or EMR)</li> <li>Ability to quickly learn new software tools</li> </ul> <p>In addition to working regular service desk tickets; the right candidate must be able take on projects and see them to completion.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to effectively document progress and solutions in detail on problem tickets.</li> <li>Provide feedback to support team on trends or repeat issues along with solutions to resolve.</li> <li>Attention to detail with the ability to record and communicate information effectively</li> <li>Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting demanding customers with challenging situations</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills</li> </ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> </div>
