Responsibilities: <p><strong>It&rsquo;s a chance to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build a talent acquisition strategy and ensure successful adoption and execution across the region, leading campus recruitment efforts, leveraging innovative ideas, and nurturing a continuous pipeline of talent.</li> <li>Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for practitioner and operations roles, providing hiring managers with regular weekly status updates and adjusting the strategy as required.</li> <li>Coach and guide the hiring team on identifying and engaging with candidates who are the right fit, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process.</li> <li>Advise on sourcing strategies, market trends and intelligence, employer branding and social media strategies to attract talent.</li> <li>Foster collaborative relationships with executive leadership and hiring managers at the ground level, ensuring transparency and communication.</li> <li>Drive the overall recruiting strategy and execution across the region, building talent acquisition programs and processes to ensure the client&rsquo;s position as an industry leader.</li> <li>Prioritize the candidate experience.</li> </ul>
