You will take ownership of building trusted relationships with client marketing and communication teams, develop an understanding of their voice, style, and branding guidelines, and design a recruitment marketing content plan.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this role, you will create photo, video, and written content, with the single focus of attracting candidates to the top of the recruiting funnel. You will research employment market trends, determine the best approach, and increase traffic and engagement with our content. Working in collaboration with the co-founders, Customer Success Managers, and the Chief Storyteller at TalentMinded, you will play a critical role in building our brand by successfully positioning the brands of our clients.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>We're open-minded, always seeking the next new marketing trend, and we embrace technology and innovation.
