You will take ownership of building trusted relationships with client marketing and communication teams, develop an understanding of their voice, style, and purpose to design an engaging marketing roadmap that elevates their employment brand.&nbsp;</p> <p>Working in collaboration with the co-founders, Customer Success Managers, and the Chief Storyteller at TalentMinded, you will play a critical role as a brand and strategy creative, driving talent to the top of the recruitment funnel. You will lead ongoing employer value proposition and culture conversations and leverage your insights to build out customized marketing strategies that target and engage active and passive talent. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em><strong>Be creative and analytical.</strong></em>&nbsp;You will provide branding and marketing support for every client, from onboarding to quarterly reviews. You will prioritize quality, ensuring content is error-free, images are high resolution with permissions to post, and links function. You will optimize content for SEO and plan cross-media promotion. You will create the graphic design, layout, and formatting for web and social media postings adhering to each client's technical guidelines and branding requirements. You will measure success and pivot to continue to gain traction.&nbsp;</li> <li><em><strong>Be proactive.&nbsp;</strong></em>No day will look the same for you, and you will continuously adjust your schedule to accommodate and manage competing priorities. You will use multiple technologies to manage significant deliverables and detailed tasks, ensuring every step is complete and SLAs are met. You are a master at managing a project plan and establishing client expectations to ensure everyone is set up for success.&nbsp;</li> <li><em><strong>Be the voice of the client.</strong></em>&nbsp;&nbsp;You will conduct research, draw on insights, and build custom content ideas for every client. You will meet with clients, build relationships, and collaborate to effectively manage social media platforms related to employer branding and talent acquisition. Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <p>In addition to creativity, thought-leadership, and a humble, behind-the-scenes approach, you have:</p> <ul> <li><em><strong>A passion for employer branding and talent acquisition.&nbsp;</strong></em>You may be a Talent Advisor looking for a move into the marketing side of recruitment, where you can apply your experience leading employer branding projects or currently in a marketing role and love recruitment. Either way you have the proven ability to manage multiple clients, resources, and assignments simultaneously. You can plan and manage projects, and measure the success of deliverables. You understand that success is in the details and you notice things that others don't. Your critical thinking and research skills help inform your decision-making, and you hold yourself highly accountable.</li> <li><em><strong>The social media and web knowledge.</strong></em>&nbsp;You can manage multiple social media accounts creatively and accurately, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube. You may have familiarity with LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AngelList, and Indeed. Ideally, you have experience creating and editing mobile video content.&nbsp;</li> <li><em><strong>The technical skills.</strong></em>&nbsp;You are data-driven and can analyze KPIs, pivoting and optimizing your marketing approach for better results. You have a preferred set of creative tools that may include Canva, Adobe Suite, and more.&nbsp;</li> <li><em><strong>The interpersonal skills.</strong></em>&nbsp;You can work with anyone, at any level of an organization, acutely assessing the best ways to communicate, gain trust, and influence without authority.
